Stainless steel stamping metal sheets undergo plastic deformation or separation of stainless steel plates through molds and presses. A single cycle can complete multiple processes such as cutting, bending, and perforation, achieving complex shape processing. The core is to use the combination of molds (punch+cavity) to quickly convert the sheet metal into the required parts, which has the characteristics of efficient mass production, high precision, and low waste.
2, Materials and Properties
Common materials:
Austenitic stainless steel (304, 316, 301): high ductility and corrosion resistance (containing 16-26% chromium and 6-22% nickel), suitable for food, medical, and chemical fields (such as 304 stainless steel tableware and medical equipment casings).
Ferritic stainless steel (430): Low cost, slightly poor formability, used for simple stamping (such as vehicle interiors and electrical components).
Physical characteristics: Thickness of 0.5-3mm (expandable to 0.2-6mm), high strength, smooth surface, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, suitable for harsh environments such as marine equipment and industrial machinery.
3, Processing flow

Stamping forming:
