Heavy Duty Reinforced Rockfall Protection Mesh Assists Slope Mesh Engineering

The Rockcon® system is a kind of high-tensile steel wire mesh system specially designed for rockfall protection, slope stabilization, and landslide protection.

Reinforced rockcon system is another popular rockfall barrier. Reinforced rockcon mesh is the main part of this rockfall barrier. Much like the Rockcon® mesh, the main difference between two meshes lies in the three strands of high tensile steel wire are twisted first and then made into a rhomboid shape to provide higher impact resistance than single twisted Rockcon mesh. Besides, it has a mesh width of 130 mm, whose size is much larger than that of the Rockcon mesh. Therefore, it is especially suitable for slopes with large stones and boulders. In order to achieve better rockfall prevention, it commonly works with Rockcon® mesh or hexagonal mesh to prevent smaller stones and enhance the overall performance of this rockfall barrier.
