Product Description
Carbon Steel Perforated Metal is the most Corrosion resistance and least expensive of the commonly perforated metals.
Carbon steel is either referred to as Hot Rolled, steel that underwent a rolling thickness reduction step while hot, or Cold Rolled, where the steel is cold reduced to the specified thickness. Cold rolling elongates the grains of the steel in the direction of rolling, making the steel hard and brittle. Annealing in a reducing atmosphere recrystallizes the grains, giving the perforated sheet steel the ductility needed for its intended use.
Hot Rolled Pickled and Oiled Hot rolled coil or sheet steel that has been descaled of oxide film by either a chemical method, mechanical method, or a combination of both and oiled for corrosion protection.
Material: Carbon steel plate
Variety: Small, medium and heavy expanded metal mesh.
Opening: In the shape of diamond, hexagonal or special shape.
Surface treatment: Hot-dipped, electro galvanized, PVC-coated
Applications:
Used with concrete in buildings and construction, maintenance of equipments, making of arts and crafts, covering screen for first class sound case. Also fencing for super highway, studio, and highway, serve as reinforcing bar in construction, railway and bridges
