1. Structure and Material
Structure: The brush pot ring network is in a mesh shape, consisting of a large number of metal rings that are interlocked and connected to each other. This structure gives it a certain degree of flexibility, allowing it to fit the surfaces of pots of different shapes. Whether it is a flat bottomed pot, a round bottomed pot, or a soup pot with a curved body, it can cover the cleaning area well.
Material: Mostly made of stainless steel wire or galvanized iron wire. The brush pot ring mesh made of stainless steel wire is corrosion-resistant, not easy to rust, and has stable cleaning performance; Galvanized iron wire has relatively low cost, and the galvanized layer on the surface can also prevent rust to a certain extent, ensuring the service life.
2. Cleaning principle
Physical friction: Friction is generated between the metal rings and the surface of the cookware through the gaps between the metal rings and the hardness of the metal rings themselves. When wiping or scrubbing cookware, this physical friction is used to peel off oil stains, food residues, etc. from the surface of the cookware. For stubborn burnt marks, its hardness can have a strong scraping effect, effectively removing dirt.
3. Advantages
Efficient cleaning: It can quickly remove stubborn stains on cookware, greatly reducing cleaning time. For example, a burnt pot bottom may not be effective with ordinary sponge, but brushing the pot ring mesh can easily handle it.
Good durability: Compared to ordinary cleaning cloths, it is less prone to damage and can be used for a long time. As long as it does not come into contact with highly corrosive substances, it can maintain good cleaning function under normal wear and tear.
4. Disadvantages
Easy to damage cookware: For cookware with fragile surfaces such as non stick coatings and enamel coatings, it is easy to scratch the coating during use, causing the cookware to lose its non stick performance or damage its appearance.
Rusting problem: If the material is poor or not dried in a timely manner after use, galvanized iron wire and other materials may rust, which not only affects the appearance, but also may reduce the cleaning effect and even contaminate the cookware.
5. Use and maintenance
Usage: When using, it can be combined with cleaning agents such as dishwashing detergent. Dip the brush pot ring net into an appropriate amount of cleaning agent and gently wipe or scrub the surface of the pot. For particularly stubborn stains, increase the force appropriately, but be careful not to damage the cookware with excessive force.
Maintenance: After use, rinse thoroughly with clean water to remove residual dirt and cleaning agents, then dry with a dry cloth or hang to dry, and place in a dry and ventilated place to prevent rusting.
